1. Os dorsais poderão ser recolhidos entre os dias 21 e 26 de junho no Ed. Equador, loja 2, São Tomé.
2. To pick up the number, the runner must go in person and must present proof of registration and a passport or identification document with a photograph to be able to pick up the number and the runner's bag. If you are unable to go in person, a third person can pick you up as long as you have a document that authorizes you and includes your name, surname, passport and signature.

4. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are non-transferable. We are sorry but we cannot accept exceptions. If you are unable to participate, you may not sell your entry. You cannot transfer your registration to next year's event or to future events in our marathon.

Can I change the distance? Yes, as long as dorsal numbers are available for the distance you want to change and before the deadline for registration changes (JANUARY 30, 2021).
Do I have to pay to move to a longer distance? Yes, you must pay the difference in the price of your registration for the registration of the distance you want to change.
Do I have to pay to move to a shorter distance? No, you won't have to pay anything, but remember that there are no refunds for changing distances.
Can I run a different distance than the one I'm signed up for? No, distance changes outside the official deadline must be authorized by the organization.

Can I request a refund of my registration fee if I am injured? Yes, you can request a refund of 90% of your registration fee by sending a medical report attesting to your injury and attesting that you cannot participate in good condition on the date of the event.
